Anita Kallepalli, MD

Board-Certified Allergist/Clinical immunologist

Dr. Anita Kallepalli grew up in Texas and attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She went on to complete her internal medicine residency at the University of Chicago and remained on staff the following year as a hospitalist specialist. While working in the hospital, she cared for many patients with uncontrolled asthma and decided to specialize in allergy/immunology to improve outpatient asthma management.

She traded the Chicago winters for a move to Los Angeles, and completed her two year advanced training program in allergy/clinical immunology at UCLA Medical Center. Prior to joining FamilyCare Allergy & Asthma in 2023, Dr. Kallepalli practiced allergy/immunology in Redwood City for 4 years.

Dr. Kallepalli and her husband, Sid, have a dog, Teddie, and a cat, Masha. They love spending time outdoors running and hiking and are excited to explore the North Bay. They recently welcomed a baby boy into their family and are enjoying being new parents.

Dr. Kallepalli will be based out of our office in San Rafael-Marin.
